Yes, this is in the Bible.
Context, context, context.
God was just beginning to reveal himself to humankind and Lot's daughters did not have the Ten Commandments, the Law (Torah), Scripture, or much of anything else to go on.
Lot's daughters have just experienced Sodom and Gomorrah being destroyed and their mother dying. They and their father are living alone in a cave.
Lot's daughters probably believed themselves and their father were the sole survivors of universal destruction. They might have thought that the continuation of the human race depended on their breaking taboo by having sex with their father.
What would you do to save the human race?
Try not to judge the actions of a tribal people who lived three or four thousand years ago by today's standards.
With love in Christ.

Do you expect the inspired word of God to HIDE people's sins? Nowhere in that account does it say that God or even the father, Lot, approved of these actions!
We aught to be grateful for the stark honesty of the Holy Word of God, the Bible. What other literature tells about people's sins without attempting to cover it over? No other literary work in this way exposes people's good natures as well as their sins!
Look at the account of Moses! Most people don't think of it, but he killed an Egyptian; he was in a certain sense a murderer; even his own people thought so. Read the account!
Such honesty about one of the most praised people in the Bible!
What about David and his gross sin? Again, excruciating honesty without cover up. What royal person today fesses up to their serious sins in this manner without attempting to cover up.

The Bible records happenings as the were. You see people haven't changed. This still occurs today.

They could do that back then, the bloodline was not poluted then, and sodom and gomorrah was destroyed, if the girls were smart they would ahve went to their uncle Abraham and got one of his servants to marry, but...They wanted to keep the bloodline...their father's DNA in the family. And they did not think Sarah would have been happy if they asked to have sex with their uncle so...

It's no wonder why God destroyed the place. So much for blaming gays -- now we know the real reason.
