I have been using Extreme creatine for a while. Make sure you take it on an empty stomach, usually in the morning before breakfast. I take it with about 20ozs of water, shake, and drink. (20ozs of water first, then only 1 scoop, dump powder in water, then shake)
I also then take it later in the day, and because I go to the gym late in the evening like around 8pm, I take it before I go to the gym for that added energy when I lift. Again take it with 20ozs of water. Thats about it, if you really have any questions about the product as the business that you are buying it from. They gave me all this information.
Side effects, I havnt gotten any, and I have been taking it for a year now, but it will cause liver problems down the road if taken a lot.
Just remember only 1 scoop twice a day.
