I bought TaxCut Premium + State but State isn't there; it wants me to purchase it. Where is State I paid 4?

The box says Preimum Federal + State. Indicates on the back of the box State is there. When attempting to do the state part, it wants you to purchase and download the state you need. I'm not the brightest crayon in the box but something isn't right here. HELP!

The program for every state that has income tax is on the disk that you have as the box said but you must pay extra for each state you wish to be able to use. I have not used TaxCut for years so I don't know where on the screen you would find download but it surely must be clearly present since they want to sell you something. Some of those programs allow one state free and that will allow you to download one free state and purchase the others. A clever marketing trick that catches most of us at least once.

You didn't pay for the state. Its called false advertising. Try an honest CPA next year.
