Depends what you stuffed them with. When I make them stuffed with mixture of ground beef, pork/ veal, and rice. I serve them with either mashed potatoes with some of the tomato sauce "gravy" from the peppers or a side of ziti.

Scalloped potatoes or macaroni & cheese, may be a rice dish.
And I would also serve a tomato scallop. Salad if desired.

you've already got a meat and a veggie in there. i would serve it with salad and some good crusty french bread.

kus kus or steamed white rice..add olive oil to either and fresh tomatoe simmered in olive oil..
