I've already heard that the bible says that all aliens are anti-christian demons who must be destroyed. I was hoping that there was a relgion on this planet that might react more positively to aliens if they did exist.

Yes. It even describes the creation of a star or planet and how it looks. Science confirmed that when satellite photos were first available. The Quran doesn't exaclty say UFOs and Aliens, but it does say that we are not the only life form or planet.
