okay a female at work gives me the cold shoulder sometimes. We get along very well for the most part but sometimes if I'm not constantly paying her attention, she will just give me the cold shoulder. For example if I say something really funny and everyone laughs she will not acknowledge or just roll her eyes. But when we are getting along well she will laugh at the stupidest things I do. It's not like I ignore her first, I just sometimes like to be alone at work, but if she talks to me first I will talk back. But if I don't make an effort to keep the conversation going she will then give me the cold shoulder. I don't understand why she acts like a child, she is 23...Any suggestions

Kind of plain and simple here. She loves and craves attention and as you say is hot so she wants to be the center of attention. And in your case she wants a guy's attention. Not that she is particularly interested in you, although she might be. She just wants to the attention and if you don't respond accordingly, play her game so to speak you are not worthy at that point in time. I would say stay clear unless you like to be stabbed or treated poorly. Some people worry about the smallest things. Be courteous and work well with her but try to take it easy and be cautious. People who crave attention can also be trouble makers when hurt.

She is a prima donna!! She may be hot and she probably knows it, therefore, she uses it to her advantage. And men who cater to that type of behavior are idiots!!! Does she even have a brain in her stupid little head....probably not, she's depending on looks to get her by. Unless you have an interest in her, just let her be. She will always find someone else to shower all of the attention she requires! Here is a word or two of advice: NEVER GET INVOLVED WITH A CO-WORKER because if the relationship fails, working near them can be uncomfortable. And depending on company policy, they may not be acceptable of that. Here is food for thought: my ex-husband, his mistress and I all worked for the same company, their affair became company gossip and they had actually be caught several times having sex in the office, the company put them both on probation for 30 days, they screwed up (literally), he was transferred and she was fired; the only thing that saved my ex from being fired was my reputation with the company (I spoke to the CEO on my husband's behave). Hope this helps you a little....

Your additional information tells the whole tale here.
She is used to being the centre of attention with men. It is very uncomfortable for her NOT to be able to manipulate you. Therefore she uses the cold shoulder treatment as her way of keeping you off balance. She is immature and you will have to deal with her on a very mature basis. Understand that she will not change, so you will have to adjust your thinking about her. She will not be a friendly, easy going, professional co-worker, because she doesn't know how to deal with men in that way.

Yes this is a female, they seem to be everywhere, and for the most part but not all, this is typical behavior. No matter how you attempt to change this situation, you can't it can only get worse, over a period of years, it may slowly go away.

until eventually you're authentic positive about your individual job position, i do not advise it. yet I had a co-worker like that one time. (i'm a guy, he replaced right into a guy.) He whined a lot that i purchased a equipment of Midol, and the subsequent time he began, I tossed it at him. for sure, THAT were given the manager in touch, and we had an outstanding píssing tournament. i replaced into supposedly incorrect for no longer being 'comfortable' adequate to his concerns, and that i maintained that my co-worker did no longer have jack to say about the way I do my job. If the manager had a difficulty with my artwork, then HE must have dealt with it with ME lengthy before this. otherwise, deal with the co-worker. The co-worker replaced into moved to a special component of the workplace and he discovered to keep his mouth close. on your case, in case you do not sense like utilising the Midol bit, take convenience in that i imagine he's appearing like a spoiled little mama's boy. TIme for him to strengthen some hair on his... inspite of, and strengthen up. do not worry with the tears both. he's too self-absorbed to ever sense like a slime, and that is going to purely strengthen his mind's eye that he's more suitable to you. Now the position are the different adult males on your workplace, or are in addition they too scared to face up for his or her own convictions?

She likes you and is trying to play hard to get...trying to get your attention. She tries to act mean..and give you a hard time..because she knows that it'll bother you. You could do two things..keep giving her the attention she wants from you..or you could just be blunt with her and ignore her. Good luck!

Dont talk to her at all she is rude and freaky.
Catch another person who will like you for who you are.
