The lean chicken breast has had the skin removed.
Virtually all of the fat in chicken and turkey is in the skin.

Lean chickens usually aren't fed hormones and other compounds to fatten them up. Average fat is around 1%
Regular chickens are fed cr*p and their average fat is 9-10%.
This is, confronting both without skin.

Price, only difference is skin on or off you can always remove skin yourself
