Do you also have the urge to shout rude comments out the window at people passing by? I do, sometimes. I've managed to restrain myself so far. A raspberry would be almost as effective.

Then by all means fulfill it, but not by police people, or the easily offended. You can always stand before the looking glass and blow to your heart's content.
If that fails, if you are married, wait until your spouse is nearly asleep then start blowing them near a buttock or ear and see what happens!!!
