i go to school have my sandwich after school i eat choclate and gum and chips somtimes two chips then i go back home and have lunch and in the night i have chips and choclat and fruits somtimes i do a sandwich ..... i can't stop eating i am a food addict im not really fat but i need to lose 10 killos . every body tells me that my body is ok with my hight but i dont want to be fat in the future .

Stop eating chips and cut down on the chocolate.Drink more water, a lot of it,that way you won't be so hungry all the time.If you feel yourself getting hungry go outside and take a walk around the block(or a 1/4mi.,whichever is longer).Exercise is a great way to lose weight and tone muscle.Let's face it,walking isn't hard,most people do it everyday,just not a lot of it.Before you know it 10 kilos will be gone and you'll feel better about yourself.Good Luck.

Hey Sweetheart. If you don't think you're fat and your doctor doesn't think you need to lose weight, what's the problem? If you want to lose some weight, eat a balanced diet, don't starve yourself, eat the things you like but in moderation, instead of a whole candy bar eat half at lunch and half for a snack on the way home. Instead of eating three pieces of pizza eat two and have a salad, try not to eat too many chips and cans of soda and exercise.

just dont bring chips to school. a small bag of chips is lots of calories, you can eat, just eat healthy.

Try making your own food at home- dont eat any frozen or pre-made foods. You can put everything onto a smaller plate for less calories

don't eat chips or pizza for 1 year
dont drink pop or juice for 1 year
drink lots of water and some milk

exercise 3-5 times per week
weight lift every second day

what you need to do is eat 3 healthy meals a day and small snacks in between and that will make you less hungry at night and give you lots of energy during the day. And exercise is really important try exercising at least 30 minutes a day running, swimming, biking, skating. One of the things i like to do since i'm not a very good runner is i dance in my room with the music loud and just move around alot, i know it sounds silly but it works. Well good luck.

If you are officially,by statistics normal weight for your hight you have nothing to worry about as you are obviously burning up the energy(calories)you eat.But looking to your future is good ,because our metabolsm rate slows down and then we gain weight.The best way to avoid this is simply more exersize and eat healthier foods .fruits veg,wholegrains ,nut,pulses(beans,lentils ect)lean meats ,and change the way you cook your foods use oil instead of butter or lard for cooking or grilling is best,bake potatoes instead of chips,eat salads and veg with your meats, instead of eating your meats with baked beans n eggs n chips for instance.Just these few changes will make a massive difference.So good luck n stay healthy

Having a balance diet will surely help!Doing exercise & eat more food that can let you have more energy like rice & noodles can help too!You should eat more less-sugar food than those which are more sweeter,ex. sweets & chocolate.Eat less potato chips can help you to maintain good figures too.
