No. Divination is assuming divine powers that one does not have. It is conjuring, which is witchcraft, and it is condemned in the Bible. Divination involves the devil.

The 'divine' in 'divination' does not imply that it comes from The Divine. The word "divine" is the English equivalent of "theos" or "deus," which can refer to any non-material being, including angels, demons, gods, goddesses, etc. "Divination" is simply information derived from any supernatural source.

no.
people often misplaced divinity with idol worship. and fallen angels have reproduces the religion of God in their own Image and caused men to believe in them instead of God.
With their simple devices of Deceit, divination became the witchcrafts of old. God does not deal with witches! he never has and never will.
God ordains Priests and raises men to be prophets. satan distracts idol worshippers with psychic abilities that Edify not, that are cisterns that have no water in them.
now after i said that! there have been women who have the gifts of seeing, that can be of God, and there are many types of gifts of prophecy. but the people of God Do not charge money for their visions. NOPE, God hiimself charges the prophets to open their mouths and to enlarge their gifts. in some periods in history, men have been falsely accused and killed. while others continued to live which were truly guilty. So it is today.
the one world order, which is based on Nazi divinity, performs their secret combination through out all government. and in many nations. They are not true divinity, they follow satan, just as sure as Hitler became a destroyer of nations and peoples, rather than a messiah.

Human means of the earth
Divine means on the earth but not of the earth.
How do you transition? You make earnest request to do the will of God.
Is it always immune from earthiness? You still have to discern from what spirit the information comes.
Turning them into gods would be not doing the asking or the discernment. Same with any activity on earth.

It depends on how you want to use the word. One meaning is "Trying to foretell the future by supernatural means". And one meaning of the root word "divine" means "to perceive by intuition or insight". Depending on how you want to interpret those definitions, they may not have any special religious meaning.
