It depends what age group drives the car and whether they use it for work, Young people use their cars more for social use than older people. In the UK I would say the mileage is less than 10,000 miles, more like 7 or 8 thousand.

There is no 'average' - the larger the car, the more powerful the engine needs to be to move it, the more fuel it uses.
If you mean 'average' before it falls to bits - again, no 'average'.
