was talking to this guy i like last night and was telling him a lot of things, like how i dont feel confident. he started tellling me i was a really pretty girl and stuff, but how he sees me mainly as a friend. i really like him and the fact he calls every night confuses me. what does he want?? he tells me how he needs a girlfriend and stuff... and how i should have a guy to tell me everyday how pretty i am. i dont knw where this is going, so i need some help. any advice at all would be great. x

Well it sounds like he just sees you as a friend and wants to keep it that way, he tells you your pretty because you are, and the fact that you have no confidence in yourself is probably why he's telling you that. Because you are pretty and you should have confidence. Sounds to me like this guy wants to be your best friend, someone he could be there for and confide in.
