I hate to see think/ find out for sure. Have you went to a Doctor yet?I don't know what to say but That I will be urnestly praying for you that -that is not what it is, and it is something entirely different and curable. I will have others that will be keeping you in their hearts too. I honestly pray it's not. Ever since I have got connected with this questions and anwers I feel like yall are family out there and I really worry about alot of you whether you know it or not. I really do think about you and your problems and honestly wish everyone the best that is having a hard time. I can't practice nursing anymore due to my health, so this is my way of staying connected to the people, and I always loved the opportunity to talk with patients and show my sincere concern, because they seem to rarely get exactly the attention they neeed from the Doc- not saying he didn't do his job but , a little more TLC never hurts and in fact some would say thanks just for listening, I feel better already. God Bless You Friend and I certainly wish the best to you and yours.By the way you're Avatar is disturbing and kind of strange if you are facing cancer. I don't want to sound mean- but I found it kind of odd. Am I the only one?

Try Vitamin C therapy. A few years ago a cancer researcher came out with a paper saying that the best cancer and infection fighter as yet found was Interferon, but, at the time, it cost $15,000 a gram. The good part was that Interferon was a product of the natural breakdown of Vitamin C in your system. The FDA says that the RDA for Vit C is 64 mg a day, just enough to prevent scurvy. Linus Pauling, who got a Nobel Prize for his work with Vit C and a second Nobel Prize for organic chemistry, said 1000 mg a day as a minimum and 2000 mg a day if you are sick. On a personal note, I was sick twice a year, for 2 weeks at a time, for 20 years, and was flat on my back for at least a week each time. To this day the doctors have no idea what the problem was. After I gave up on the doctors I tried Vit C. I took enough to keep from being sick and just below too much to get diarrhea. It followed a bell curve over 2 weeks with a peak at 40,000 mg a day – about 300,000 over the 2 weeks. I was not sick for those 2 weeks and after a couple of years of that I have not been sick since. I did not dissolve my kidneys, as some doctors said would happen. I did not get any calcium build up or stones and did not dissolve my cones or solidify my joints. Try it, but drink a lot of water – Vit C is a natural diuretic.

In response to the earlier comment by David M.

Interferon is not a breakdown product of vitamin C - it is a protein produced by cells of the immune system in respone to virus infections. It is extremely expensive because it has to be purified from biological sources. It has shown benefit in some forms of cancer, not all, but often has severe side-effects - I have heard them commpared to the worst case of flu you can imagine X 10fold.

Vitamin C has not been proven either to prevent cancer or to cure cancer. Some cancer cells have been found to grow better in the laboratory in the presence of high levels of vitamin C. Recent studies reported some anti-cancer effects but at levels of vitamin C so high they could not possibly be achieved by oral intake - it would be necessary to have intravenous infusions.

I am sure that you have posted in good faith David, and this is not spam but it is wise to check the facts before making sweeping statements.

I am a haematology biomedical scienist by training and have an MSc in Clinical Oncology.

you need to give your GP Surgery a call tomorrow morning ... Tell the receptionists that you either need to speak with the doctor (for an emergency appt) or be given a 48h appt by themselves ... If they try to give you an appointment further away than this you must explain that it's an emergency ...

The Doctor will see you ... take a full history ... and examine you ... If they feel you are right, they will do a fast-track 2 week wait referral to the appropriate specialist ... and you will be seen within 2w of presenting to your GP

Hope all goes well x

If you feel it is an emergency and cannot get in to see an oncologist than you can go to the nearest Emergency Room for immediate treatment. They will examine you and than make a referral. It is best though to go to your regular doctor for a complete examination.

Good luck.

What makes you think you have Cancer....
Sorry to ask, but if you do feel that you have---PLEASE, PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE, ASK FOR WHAT IS CALLED A DEEP SCAN..

I have just lost a very, very close friend 3 weeks ago from cancer, the doctor keep-ed sending her away saying to lose weight, and stop complaining of back and stomach pain, if that bl---y doctor had done his job and sent her for a scan, maybe they would have found that she was suffering from Pancreas, Liver and Lung Cancer, (god bless-demand some tests) -for yourself- if not for those it is to late for...

Don't mess with it honey, ignorance is not bliss when it comes to cancer, better to find out and deal with it than to hope it will go away. See your doctor, do not delay. Tell your doctor what is going on. Stay strong, you can beat it, I know you can! God bless and put angels on your pillows.

I suggest probing your insides with an incredibly sharp instrument until you are bleeding profusely from all orifices.

Go See A Doctor!!

Hope you're OK. God Bless!
