The dizzy spells could be from an inner ear infection. You could have a sinus infection, which would cause a headache, runny nose and itchy eyes. The drainage could cause you to have an upset stomach. Go to a doctor and have him check because an ear infection could lead to loss of hearing if untreated. Dizzy spells alone could be from low blood sugar, among other things, but, since you have all the other symptoms, sounds more like allergies.

Maybe Allergic reaction from the itchy eyes and runny nose but maybe its a combo of things. See if you can look up a walkin clinic in your area or go to ER. Have you been sleeping? Did you eat anything? Do you know of any allergies you might have? it could even probably be some bad food you ate

Sounds to me like allergies. The sore stomach is likely due to you swallowing a lot of phlegm. Take a Claritin in the morning, Sudafed (the real stuff -- you have to go to the pharmacy counter for it) to get rid of it all, and Benadryl at bedtime to dry it up and help you sleep. A simple saline nasal spray (like Ocean) may help relieve the symptoms and make your nasal passages feel better. Get plenty of rest and eat square meals.

Hope you feel better.

besides the symptoms of hayfever, gastro entiritis or the common cold it could be a slight case of hypochondria.

then again, my best answer here is to go and see a doctor and get a educated opinion...

if that doesn't help, ask another question, it only costs five points.

Sounds like the flu to me, but I am not a doctor and I don't play one on TV.
