I met a really hot guy, he is 27 I am 33. We had seen each other in passing and I ended up getting his # from his co-worker. We talked on the phone for weeks and kept making plans to meet that he would blow off (and I'd be there waiting like an idiot). We finally did meet for a few hours and we talked and chatted,kissed and were totally into each other. I point blank asked him to be honest with me, told him he can tell me anything about a girlfiend, wife etc, and he says he has no ties to anyone at all! I also asked him what it was that he wanted from me. He said to get to know me better, go out, have fun, and see where it goes. He tells me I am beautiful and he is infactuated with me. So we make plan to go out, I tell him to call me early (so I will know if I am getting blown off) and he never calls when he says he will. The thing is, he will call several days later with an excuse, "I was away", "It was a bad weekend". I just DON'T GET IT!!!! Do I have a chance here? Advice?

maybe you're pressuring him to call you at certain times you request. Try telling him to call you whenever he gets the chance.

He is either tied down and lying about it or a very irresponsible person who feels the need to make sorry excuses for his behavior. Either way, he will continue to do this for as long as you allow. It is a habit for him and only he can change it. Whether or not he is interested is impossible to tell, but regardless, you will never get a solid, serious relationship from him.
