can someone plz tell me the recipe of prawn manchurian. i ve tried it .the balls were ok but the curry was terrible.
plz dont give me the link of bawarchi.com.
ur own tried n tested one.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup minced Prawns
1 cup shredded Cabbage
1/2 cup grated Carrots
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
3 tbsp Cornflour
2 tbsp Soya Sauce
1/4 cup Maida or all purpose flour
1/2 cup Green Onions(chopped)
1/4 cup chopped Cilantro
1 tsp hot Green Chilli Paste
1/2 tsp Sugar
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
For Curry:

1 tbsp Oil
2 tsp chopped Garlic
2 tsp chopped Green Chillies
2 tsp chopped Curryleaves
1/4 chopped Green Onions
1/4 cup Yogurt
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
Salt and Pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Squeeze water in the cabbage.

Add all the ingredients for the manchuria.

Mix all together to form a dough. Make balls and deep fry in the oil. Set aside.

In the other pan add 1 tbsp of oil. Add chopped garlic, curry leaves, chillies and fry.

Add soyasauce and season with salt and pepper. Now add the fried manchuria and beaten yogurt. Saute for 5 min.

Serve hot with chopped green onions and cilantro on top.

The recipe you are asking for is a hot (spicy) dish usually involving curry. If you want an Asian recipe for prawns you may want to try this.

1/2 cup Oil
16 whl Carrots Cut Into Thin Sliver
4 bn Spring Onions Cut Lengthwise
8 whl Green Chiles Seeded And Chopped
8 whl Red Chiles Seeded And Chopped
160 gm Ginger Root Cut Into Thin Sliver
40 whl Plum Tomatoes, Diced Seeded And Chopped
48 lrg Prawns
8 whl Mangos Skinned, And Wedged
1 cup Rum
Salt And Pepper
12 whl Garlic Cloves Thinly Sliced
Method:
1. Heat a little oil in wok, add carrots and stir 30secs, add spring onions and stir for 1 min, add chilles, half ginger and garlic and stir 30secs, add diced tomato and stir 1 min. season with salt and pepper, transfer to large warm oval? dish in bottom oven.
2. wi-e out pan with kitchen paper, add little more oil, when very hot add prawns and seal on both sides till open. Add remaining ginger and mangos to pan, splash in rum and flambe!
3. arrange prawns, ginger mangos and juices on bed of vegetables.
