i went to www.abode.com i tried to download that thing
when i did it wasnt what i wanted i just want the program that can open my text files and can print them. is that too hard ?
can u give me the exact link ? just copy it and post it here pls

Check the comment made by "Buck S" (above). If your documents are in .pdf format you need Acrobat Reader from the links given to you by some answerers. But if the document is in ".doc" format, then you need MS Word; but if the document is in ".odt" then you need Open Office.

Adobe Reader doesn't open text files, it opens pdf files. If you want to open text files, just use WordPad or NotePad. Or you can download open source freeware like OpenOffice (http://www.openoffice.org/) or AbiWord (http://www.abisource.com/).

adobe reader is for pdf files . if you have just text files you probably are looking for ms word
