I think people are wrong to get angry at you for asking this question. Your question alone has proven how sensitive religions really are and how wars and terrorism have merged from this powerful force that continues to divide the world. I respect other beliefs and would never judge anyone by their religion. I think your quiet intelligent and perfectly intitiled to ask this question. Your mearly reacting to what you hear on the tele, radio and what you read in news papers. Your obviously concerned. In my opinion I think this confusion has held you back from interring into your own spiritual side however big or small a role your want in it. I'm a Catholic and when i was 15/16 for some reason i started to turn against my religion and all religions, as i matured i got a greater understanding of different religions and became more aware of my own spiritual existence for this I'm grateful ,I'm not a very good practising catholic (going to church and all that ) but i've learned to listen to what wisdom i can take from it to use in my everyday life, it makes life more fulfilling in my own small personal way. Good luck.

Why is your question directed to Muslims and not anyone who believes in God? Something against Muslims in particular? Because your question by definition is saying anyone who believes in God are brain washed, Christians, Jews, Catholics, Mormons etc so why only accuse Muslims of being brain washed? I think you are the one who is brain washed by the media there is always room for the gullible and unintelligent like you to believe the propaganda......shame, I feel sorry for you.

Nothing wrong with having a God if you can't face life head on, its like a crutch to get you through.Like every one on the planet most of us (myself not included) want to get on and live our lives well and in piece. You must not tar every one with the same brush. We all have the power to either be good or bad......... I chose bad because as you know the ladies love a bad boy.All this sort of question does is stir up trouble,By blaming all Muslims, for the actions of a minority of evil hateful fools....No God would tell people to kill.........That what Cad thinks. Now can we lighten up a bit.

well could you not say that about Christians, Jews and every other 'God' believeing religion. Why only Islam and Muslims? All religion to a certain extent is propoganda - not just Islam - i think we really need to get away from this Islamaphobic approach and move onto something else

At least the Muslims do have a god, Allah did exist, just like the Prophet Mohamed existed, not like that fake god the Christian's made up and the fictional ''Jesus'' character they thought up.

I dont think its just muslims dude, its , christians, jews, hindus etc. They all have there reasons and proofs to belief in god. It ignorance in humanity that causes not to believe in god.

The day you can proove there is no god is the day people will be on your side, in the mean time let people be and stop trying to create animosity between people with different beliefs.

OOO - controversial and thought provoking question - not!

Get a life and come up with a better more original question this drivel is just boring and clutters up the bored even if it does get a lot of responses that is not an indicator to the quality of the question or the intelligence of the questioner

People have different beliefs, sometimes they can become too involved in the riligion , which often can lead to awful things, however you shouldn't call any religion brain washing.
