Im going on holiday soon for a week but feel bad about leaving my boyfriend at home?

He keeps saying he's going to really miss me and his week is going to be horrible without me!

What can i do to make it not so bad for him?

Any ideas?

He'll get over it, you can send him a post card and buy him something sentimental while you are away. You'll miss him and he'll miss you but you'll survive. Independence builds trust, trust is a strong foundation for any relationship. Have a nice time and see him when you get back.

First off its only a week. But of course its understandable for him to be like 'omg i cant live w/o u etc. it just wont be the same'-kind-of-thing. Anyways you can send him stuff (even thou. its only for a week) from wherever your holidays at. Im sure youll think of something since you know him well enough. have a nice trip.

well i understand how he feels because i can only see my girlfriend on the weekend but i think that gives us a stronger relationship but i think that he should be able to understand that sometimes you will have to leave and he wont be able to be there all the time but tell him that you can still communicate with each other everyday by phone or internet.

UMM... I defenetly know how you both feel. But this week apart will be graet for your relationship!!! My mom always tells me "absence makes the heart grow stronger"... and its true.. Give it a try, Plus you will still get to chat on the phone....

once ur gone b sure to call him everyday and try to get him to call you to that way at least your keeping each other company. maybe send each other emails and give him maybe somethign nice b4 u leave
