I've heard that its because they are growing.
I've checked my dogs when they were puppies and I thought it was because they were cold or something but I put blankets and stuff and it wasn't that. Does anyone know? Or have encountered with this too?

Just a random question. =)

It's because they're dreaming,if you look carefully you can see their eyes move.My yorkie sometimes screams and wakes up after a bad dream, just like humans do!

What you are seeing is involuntary muscle movements. Nothing to worry about.
All puppies do this.
