try maplin stores or www.maplin.co.uk these locks you are looking for sometimes aren't very good you may want to consider contacting your telephone supplier as they can allow you to block calls (outgoing) with the use of a pin No a fee is normally required

If you're with BT you can get Call BArring (5.25 per quarter)
You can out barring on and of at your discertion.... You can also block the 118 and 100 services with this.

with digital phones bt call baring for outgoing calls is *341# remove call baring you must have a code to input for example #341*1111# then get a message each time saying out going calls are barrred or call baring cancelled.YOU MUST REGISTER WITH BT FOR THIS SERVICE a small charge each quarter is better than massive bills.

My dad who's in the UK has a code for his phone that he puts in to dial out.
Its through the provider.

try maplins there a good store .. but 1st why not contact your phone line rental supplier there ok to talk to we have mobile phones blocked and it cost us no extra charge.normally if you talk to them they will help you out

you don't need a lockable phone, all you have to do is ask you carrier to help you set a pin # to your line. your dialtone will then be useless without it. tada!
