i work my butt of on the stairs, eat right, lift things, and work out on the floor every morning. why am i still big and chubby?

Maybe you have a medical condition. See a doctor, it could be nothing but a slow metabolism but the is could be diabetes or a thyroid problem. Definitely see a doctor!

It sounds like you may need more cardio. Also, what is "eating right?" Don't starve yourself, or your metabolism will slow down and store needed fats and carbs. Change up your stair routine. Go out jogging/walking, add some hills in there for a change in routine. When you change up your fitness program your body will react with greater gains, losses because it's a shock to the system. Realistically, the only way to lose body fat is to burn more calories (cadio) than you consume, each day. That will help decrease your "big and chubby."
