Could use more info on the question. If you're looking to find state & federally listed plants (endangered, threatened, rare, etc.) in the US, try this: http://plants.usda.gov/

You can get a list of endangered plants, or look up a species (best to use scientific name) you can find out its status in the US or a particular state.

Hope this is what you were trying to find. If not, try googling the area you're interested in and add "endangered plants".
