Well, I finally figured out what it was with me. ( It's not the same with all people, tho'. ) I discovered that things like bread, pop-tarts, bagels, maybe even cereal, makes me sleepy about 2 hours after I eat them. Not sure why. When I start getting sleepy, I get up & do something for about 10 min. & then I'm not sleepy any more. I began suspecting that it was bread, etc. when I would eat a sandwich at noon, I would get sleepy awhile later. But if I didn't have any bread, etc. I would not get sleepy later...Brilliant deduction, huh?
