IMO, it's not as competitive as people might think. After watching Darchinyan last night vs. Burgos, I was not impressed. He is very amateurish with his punches and not as strong as people think. A smaller version of Naseem Hamed. Arce is not 4-5 inches shorter and smaller like Burgos. He will take it to Darchinyan and not take many steps backward. I like Arce to win by either wide decision or mid rounds KO. Easy.

Jorge will be the first professional fighter to stop Vic. Vic is very sloppy to write the least. He has no offense. He never brings his hands straight back to protect himself. His style will be tailor made for Jorge.

Burgos was outweighed and much shorter than Vic, and still managed to catch Vic with shots and jar him. Jorge throws straight shots right down the middle plus Jorge has a great body attack, something that it seems Vic never learned.

Jorge will stop Vic in less the 7 rounds.

Whether it is competitive or not it will be an exciting fight and one that I dont want to miss. Both fighters are action packed but if Vic continues to look for that KO against Arce he might get caught with a hook or something that floors him. I think the fight would be GREAT for boxing. I wouldn't count that fight against Burgos against Vic; Burgos was determined and was very heroic to his detrement as you saw the cumulitive punishment lay him out on a stretcher after it was stopped. I hope the bout is competitive if it comes to pass both fighters deserve a big payday.

Arce will pick him apart. I've seen Darchinyan fight one time against a black fighter from Central America, even though Vic won. The guy was able to hit him with clean shots and catch him coming in. Typical Jeff Fenech type fighter, who by the way trained him at the time I saw that fight. Arce will be able to nuetralize Vic's pressure style with hard clean shots as Vic rushes in. Arce KO round 8.

Vic doesn't have any defense & his offense is sloppy is hard for him to punch the opponent unless the opponent is standing right in front of him. He had a hard time against a nobody basically. He won't satnd more than 7 round with Arce.

I watched the fight last night and all Darchinyan's power is from the outside and his defensive fundamentals are sloppy. When he faces a technically sound boxer who will step inside his reach and dig him from the inside he will lose just like Naseem did.
