Well, both of you get furiously mad at each other. But if you two are really the best of friends, you'll surely find a way to fix both of your problems.

if you and your best friend get in a fight over a guy, then hun, back off, really would you rather loose a friend in some boy or his he really worth it, to make sure that you will spend the rest of your life with this guy and to know that you will never be dumped by him because you know that he will love you for ever and ever.
ask yourself and you friend that, and if she doesnt back off then leave her, that wasnt nice of her to leave you, her best friend, alone while she went off with this guy you both like. Just think about it, in the long run, that relationship probably wont last for ever. You could be friends with him but i think it would be stupid to fight over him, don't there'll be another guy there for you.
just hang in there !!!
xx

If this ever does happen, it really sucks, becuase both of you probably aren't willing to give him up. I'd say just not talk about it with your friend and try to act normal around the guy, and he'll choose which one he likes better. Hope this helps!

your best friend isn't your friend. if you were best friends, you would both agree to find someone else.
