Well, if your boss had an appropriate reason to be changing his shirt he probably didn't even think twice about it since most men don't think that going shirtless is a problem. However, if it makes you uncomfortable, then you should tell him that. But if it doesn't, then don't feel like he's trying to make a move on you or whatever, because he probably just had to change his shirt for whatever reason.

Well, I am female. Now, if I had a boss looking like the Rock and changing shirt, I'd watch.

At my work we have to change clothes (period costume) and we have a mixed changing room. I never gave it a second thought, we changed in mixed company at a Renaissance fair where I acted too (there were male/female changing rooms there but they were small, hardly anyone ever used them). Been around acting/performing folks so long I just don't care, I think people in other places are way too sensitive about non-sexual nudity, it was only a shirt even, not his pants.

Can you Sexual Harrasment Lawsuit, ask him the next time he tries that. Or ask, Can you say Hostile Work Environment, and Sensitivity Training? If you can't say that to him and it makes you uncomfortable, talk to HIS boss or a person in Human Resources, and if He doesn't have a boss and you have asked him not to do those things anymore find an attorney and have him ask.

Ofcourse it is not and it is bothering you.If you don't want to complain to his boss or even want to tell him straight how you feel,,just walk out of the room next time. And again and againif you have to. He will get the message.

I don't think it should be done, but if he had to do it, he should have asked out of politeness.
