A person that isn't fit of course doesn't have the knowledge of how to keep his body fit (OR he has it and doesn't use it, even worse).

A person that is fit doesn't necessarily know the reason behind his choices (knowledge). But at least he has the willpower and self-determination to make it happen.

It all depends on what is important for you... the *appearance* of being intelligent (ie the person with knowledge who doesn't apply it) or the *willpower* to make things happen?

For me, I want a person with willpower more than an erudite person... there are an awful lot of erudites who think to be superior!

Knowledge; if you don't know that 1 + 1 = 2, or you don't know how to perform fitness or bodybuilding workouts, then you can't workout at all. A healthy body exists by knowledge. I can workout 6 times a week, but if I don't have the knowledge how to gain muscle tissue, it won't happen.
