You can't MAKE yourself grow taller. That's up to the genes your parents gave you.

Second, you NEED MORE SLEEP. Aim for 9-10 hours a day ('cause sleep is when you body grows and recharges)

SLEEP, SLEEP, SLEEP, When you sleep, water or some liquid extends the spine, When you wake up, the wieght of the head pushes the water out, so you are taller in the morning than at night. Also if you already gone through puberty, it may be too late, but get fat. Not rediculous fat, but have some bulge. Most of the fat kids I knew grew taller than the malnutrioned kids. There are also so height pills somewhere, but do not know where to get them and if they work or not.

I am 6 foot 3, and was a chubby during my teenage years. My father was 6 foot 2 and my mother was 5 foot 7. Your genes have a lot to do with it. But only me and my sister have grown to be taller, my other brother and other sister did not grow as tall, because they were always skinny and did not sleep as much. But my cousin, a malnutrioned kid, grew up to be shorter than his parents.

I don't know if this really works firsthand, but a friend of mine swears it helped him grow by 5 inches.
This is the idea : Wake up every morning and jump like a pogo stick about 500 times.
As i said, i can't vouch for this, but my pal said it worked.
Best of Luck.
