We are in our mid thirties. I'm involved in an Internet relationship right now. We have been totally up front with each other. Shared several pictures and spoken on the phone. Does this eventually work out? Should I pursue it?

She and I have websites so I'm sure the pictures are real. She wouldn't set up a domain name and pay a service provider if it wasn't real. (and same with me:)

I am currently with the love of my life and have a great relationship. He and I met on the internet. I feel it is a great way to have a relationship start. The physical part doesn't enter into the equation too early, and you can get to know each other much better. Mainly because your dates are online and require lots of communication. It gives you an opportunity to find out a lot more of each other and quickly. Don't be afraid!

It can work, but only if everything goes right.

I was part of an online relationship with a woman from Toronto, Ontario (I live in Saskatchewan). It was basically just daily MSN sessions, picture-swapping, etc. I did manage to fly over to Toronto and we did agree to meet, but it never happened. I did call her while in that city, but I never saw her. I haven't heard much of her since.

So, learning from my experience, make sure the both of you are honest with each other, keep consistent contact, and meet in person at some point in the future. I can't tell you what to do past that.

I had several online relationsihps. I'm 15 now. From when I was maybe 12. Last time was June 2006, when I was 14. It was the longest online relationship I ever had, having started November 11th 2005. But not the best. After she "Dumped me", I hated her guts. For like a day or two. I stopped "loving" her. I thought I did. But yeah, I do think you should try it out. Go for it.

That's a tricky question....even tho you've shared photos...and talked on the phone....doesn't mean you Know this person*...it's funny how 2 ppl can connect over the internet., become so close with each other. Does she/he live far far far away?? ALways be Careful...Sometimes you feel you can Trust this person...but all along they sent a picture of someone else, not them. I would try to find someone whom you can see on a daily basis., go out to dinner with, to a movie....to cuddle.........Alot of times internet relationships don't work out and there are few that swear by it>GOODLUCK* be careful*~
