Can I put used toilet paper in my council recycling bin?

Errrm... i suppose from a technical point of view yes you could, but i wouldn't recommend it, becasue someone has to actually handle that stuff at some point, and would you like to eat or touch something that has been through that process?

But it's good to know someone is thinking of recycling! more people need to be doing so!

well technically you could but i dont know anyone who does mostly because if you did it would really smell no offence. But there's a paper that has diagrams of everything you should recycle and not recycle get that it will really help!
