Of course all girls are not the same, but generally speaking the best thing to do to "woo", a girl is to make a mental connection with her. What ever your topic of conversation may be with her a woman or a girl has to feel like she can relate to you and you are in her corner. Women, naturally want security and if you can be confident and charismatic you are sure to win her over. Show her you care for her by being a gentleman and listening to what she wants and pay attention to what she says. Just be attentive and thoughtful and she will come around.

well if she's your friend then that's a start! don't act all cool and stupid around her, because girls don't like it when boys act like they try so hard. act cool, lift your head up high and don't walk around school by yourself! let her feel that you are awesome, have lots of friends and is amazingly cool. also...looks play a huge role. its gay, but yes it does. fix your hair in the morning? look amazing? also, one thing that ALL girls LOVE ABOUT A GUY is that he is sporty. if she already has a person she loves, then you might have to stay quiet for a while. her heart is somewhere else. maybe in like a month or two later after you have become really sporty, smart, popular and amazing, then try and "woo" her. talk to her, flirt with her, invite her out for a movie WITH A FEW FRIENDS so its not awkward and she doesn't feel like you're desperately wanting her. best of luck! and remember, BE NICE !

First tip would be to never use the word woo again.
Secondly just act normally, show a little interest and be nice to her, if a girl likes you too things will just take their course naturally. Good luck!

Dont think of it as wooing. Talk to her, let her get to know you better first, make her laugh, do simple daily things together like go to lunch, but act normal about it. Then, when she gets to like you and becomes comfortable, acknowledge her and give her some attention (to show her you are interested). Then, after that stage flirt.

Although, I do "LOVE" that first answer? You have to see what they're doing. They send out signals, to see if you're smart enough to pick up on `em. They don't want some Geek, who's too lame to know their signals. You can't "Woo" them. They are in control of The Universe. We are only to be their Servants.

He-he.. Well, if its the first date, try getting her a couple assorted flowers.
Second-3: ehh.. anything really, chocolate, flowers..
