No, your dog won't die. It is rather young for your girl to be having puppies, but she will not die.
If she did get pregnant in this one mating, the only thing that you will have to worry about is, if there is any complications with the puppies.
The best thing to do, once she is out of season, is to take her to your vet. You can have her spayed. This will certainly take care of the problem. If you want her to have this litter, have her spayed after the pups are weened.
You also should have your male neutered. Once neutered, there is less of a chance that he will wander in order to find another female in season.

Firstly don't panic. In the morning contact your vet and discuss getting the injection that will stop the pregnancy from taking hold. This does bring them back into season so you will need to be vigiliant and make sure they are kept apart (can your boy go to a friends house while she's in season?) but all is not lost. She is far to young to have a litter, sometimes the injection may not work and she could still have puppies but that is uncommon and it is better safe than sorry.

She shouldn't die it sounds like she should be larger than the sire to be. If you do not want her to have puppies you do have options at the moment. You can go to a vet early in the morning and get a doggy morning after pill. That would bring her back into season and you will have to watch her more closely this time. I said "bring her back" into season, even though she is still in season because it does make the season last longer as it more or less starts all over again.

Hey way to go!!! Nice of you to let your puppy grow up and mature before allowing her to get pregnant. HOW RESPONSIBLE!!!!!
You did not try that hard because keeping two dogs apart is not rocket science. You were lazy and you allowed it to happen, now what you are looking for sympathy and understanding, forget it.
You know there is always a risk of death when giving birth. Instead of being an ignorant BYB take your PUPPY and get her spayed, instead of taxing her young body with a pregnancy. Yes the vet can safely spay her in early pregnancy and while you are at it get you male neutered because you obviously are not responsible enough to have intact dogs.

7 months is very young to be having a litter of pups. Her body is not ready to be a mom yet she still has growing and filling out yet yo do and having pups will draw the resources fro her body.
You can call your vet and have her spayed or they do have a shot that will stop the pregnancy from taking. Call Monday.

your best bet is to terminate the pregnancy. 7 months old is too young to be a mom and being a small breed triple the risks

Take her to the vet for an abortion and have her spayed, then you won't need to worry about it.
