well besides printing activities you can bring a CD player [or any type of music player] or handheld video games. a camera for her to take pictures. magazines. homework, lol. but for websites...

Hate to tell you, but my girls always brought things but never used them ! They would rather look out the window or just watch other people on the plane! And we travel every year !
Let your daughter pick something she might want to bring along,
but I bet she won't even use it.

Get an atlas or print google earth images of the areas you'll be flying over. Have her sit in the window seat.

In flight entertainment is good enuf,4hours isnt that long.Besides she'll be busy looking out the window,eatin/drinkin/askin u questions? My sister likes to read durin flights.i personally prefer to catch up on sleep..lol

I think 12 year olds want to bring their own things and decide what they want to do. They're old enough to people-watch, sleep, read airline magazine, and make conversations like the adult passengers.
