Well the best thing for reducing cellulite is to tighten the skin and strengthen the muscle. If you have the equipment or you go to a gym do leg curl and some leg extentions, also a bike is very good for reducing the fat on the thigh and butt. Squats are great what you do is stand against a wall with your legs hip width apart and about 8-12 inches from the wall then squat down so your thigths are parallel to the ground, hold there for 30 secs. Do that 4 times and every other day increase the hold by 5 seconds. Good luck
