What is the best medicine for a runny nose,lots of sneeing,little coughing,and really tired but you can't sleep cause of your nose?Otherwise a head cold.I have to get better by tomorrow.What should I take?

take sleeping pill rub some vicks vaporub around your nose, neck and chest, hope you feel better

this all depends on if you have any other health risk (high blood pressure, diabetic.....) you could try seudafed for the runny nose or entex pse (it has the pseudafed plus guafinessian which helps get rid of the mucus) The best medicine is time all other things just treat the symptoms. Keep hydrated (lots of water and juices).

Try Claritin. It is over the counter and also has little side effects. If it doesn't help then I would maybe go to the doctor, but Claritin is good. Right now is a bad time for people who suffer from allergies, because everything starts blooming. You may not even realize that you have allergies, but if the Claritin works then you do, and like I said no side effects, (drowsiness, etc.)

a glass of warm brandy ( I like blackberry ) that will make you sleep. Also clear your head. PS don't warm it over open flame it is flammable.

Dont take medication!!!!!! They kill, and doesnt help.

For me sleeping helps so much sleeping cures most of colds, and stuff for me. to prevent it u have to sleep warm, and wash often

Any antihistamine will dry you up (like Nyquil), but they tend to push the cold into your chest.
