Now i have another better opportunity to join, I want to know can I get release from the existing employer or they will put some kind of Ban on my entry?
Awaiting for reply.

It is not possible to transfer the visa from one company to another before the passing of one year since joining the job.

After being with the present company for one year the employee can resign by giving a four weeks notice if it's an unlimited work contract.

A no-objection letter is a must if you want to avoid getting a work ban.

The Naturalisation and Residency Department will not stamp a work ban on the passport of a resident who wishes to change sponsors, unless the Ministry of Labour instructs that it be imposed.

The resident will then only get a renewable visit visa. The person will not get a resident visa or a work permit. The ban is usually for six months to a year.

The transfer form can be obtained from any typing centre. If the labour department is involved, you will also need a form from that department.

Those working for a government department can transfer to another government department in another emirate, but you need to apply for an application form at the entry permit section.

Your present sponsor will need to sign on the forms. You will have to submit the original documents and passport to the new sponsor for signature and company stamp.

The next step is to go back to the present sponsor and get the visa cancelled and then get the residence visa stamped.
If the first sponsor cancelled your visa without asking that a work ban be imposed on you, the Labour Ministry and the Naturalisation and Residency Department will, however, automatically stamp a work ban on you if it does not receive a 'no-objection' letter.

Transferring from one private company to another is not possible unless you get a no-objection letter from the old sponsor.

The Labour Ministry and the Naturalisation and Residency Department will automatically impose a work ban. You can not transfer sponsorship from the private to the public sector and vice versa.

Take care!

You should complete one year duration with the existing employer to eligible for applying the visa transfer. Since you are holding the residency status of a professional (engineer), your present sponsor cannot be able to put ban on your passport purposely.

I would suggest you to check with your new employer to provide a visa for you. Once they got the approval from Ministry of Labour, you can cancel your existing visa then submit the new visa approval to the Immigration dept.

I hope it will workout. Try your best.

Good luck

Maybe the new employer can help in this regard!
