I have a video that I want to upload to MySpace or YouTube, both have a max upload of 100MB, fair enough, but my video is about 210MB, I figure the screen size is too large so I need to resize it as it's only about 3 minutes in length.
How do I resize the image, I can't seem to find a way of doing it with the programs I have on XP.....
Thanks

vdub (http://www.virtualdub.org/download) can be used to get your videos shrunk.

its free and opensource.

I use the animation feature of Paint Shop Pro. If you just downsize the video as a picture, that is what it will be. I haven't tried what the answer above suggested and that may be an easier way to go.

Use action picture maker (loose with abode windows) drag & drop the action picture into action picture maker (determine you turn off continuously make segments interior the suggestions) then drag/drop it to the storyline on the backside, then once you flow to make the action picture... click different because of fact the format. there'll be many suggestions there & one and all will inform you the way great the report would be in that length. you may get that to a million/4 that length hassle-free.
