Yesterday someone told me that cienscetits found out that Alcohol doesn't kill bacteria it just kinda paralize them for a while! Is this truth? And that for that matter (kill germs, bacteria) they use is Oxigen Water or Gerdex (invented a while ago)?

Alcohol is still a good antiseptic. By the way, it is isopropyl alcohol.

No, that's not true. Scientists haven't found that out. Someone was trying to con you or sell you something.
