Yesterday someone told me that cienscetits found out that Alcohol doesn't kill bacteria it just kinda paralize them for a while! Is this truth? And that for that matter (kill germs, bacteria) they use is Oxigen Water or Gerdex (invented a while ago)?

Alcohol is still a good antiseptic. By the way, it is isopropyl alcohol.
