this girl i work with, i have huge crush on..
she's really nice to me, smiles everyday, looks at me and stuff.
BUT SHE DOSE NOT WANT TO TALK ABOUT GOING OUT WITH ME.
I asked her out once around x-mas. she said she has plans with her family. and she said u have plans too. you'll have fun there.
i was heartbrooken, but next week at work, she was beeing all nice to me and friendly asking me how my weekend was?
i asked her out again last weekend, she said she gets off late, i said i would wait. but i leave work and i go back to work, but she got done before she said she would (but that could be b/c she finish her work quick)
how should i behave when i see her at work again monday?

There are a few signs that she might need some room at the moment. She did put you down three times but that is the beauty of it all. Women love it when they feel wanted. You are doing this for the woman that you work with. There are a few questions that you have to ask yourself:
1.) Are you nurvous talking to her?
2.) At what times do you ask her?
3.) What does she not want to tell you?
Let's annylize for a moment. Number one, do you act like she is the only woman in the world? If you do, don't. It will only tell her that no other woman wants you. You have to pretend like you have to swat other women away to make room for her. She is at the point now where she can get you at any time. Lay off her for a while and see if she comes to you. Number two, you should never ask near holidays, birthdays, or special events. People only do that when they are all ready together and want to spend ,"special time" together. Also, don't ask after the shift. Tell her a few moments after you get in and she might tell you everything, because she won't be going anywhere for a while. It will give her some thinking time after she keeps seeing you face to face. You will know if she is not interested if she trys to keep distance between you and her. Step three, what don't you know about her? Is she seeing someone? Maybe she sais all of that to softly brush you away without hurting you. If that is the situation then just tell her to give you a strait answer. You should do this after you ask her when you get in, but not right away. Let her see your NEW attitude about things, but remember to be yourself. Just act like you are the one who is hard to get. See if you can just talk to her without bringing up the whole, " Will you go out with me" speech. Do that toward the middle of your shift. Next, and most importantly, see what she wants without asking. I am sure you know how to do that. And don't say, "will you go out with me", say," can I take you out to..." whatever place you know will hold her interest. I hope this was helpful.

she is interested but sh probably has a bf or someone else that she loves but doesnt want to let go of him. i think you should act normal around her and try a differnet approach. act like u dont care about anything--the bad boy type. with some shades and a big coat and a black haat facing backwards. dont ask her out any time soon.make her fall in love with u by makin urself inrestible--she seems like the bad boy type. then u ask her out. saying how u did all this for her.

I think she just likes you as a friend. Girls flirt without knowing it sometimes. If anything go up to her and be like..."If you only like me as a friend, you could have just told me that instead of blowing me off" That is something i would say. But i can be an upfront person. Good luck, hun.

Never ever mix work with dating. You might be out of a job pretty soon. Apologize to her and tell her you aren't really interested. She could complain to the boss about harassment.
