Could someone explain to me what i do after ive downloaded it is a flash utility..
also im not using windows am using ubuntu..

you sent a link to your board not your bios , if you have a bios flash and are not 100 % sure of what you are doing , and are not 100% positive you have the correct bios flash DON'T DO A THING if you flash your bios with the wrong bios , you mother board is done for ,

Scroll to the bottom of that page and see the link "How to Flash BIOS", if you don't have a floppy drive, you may not be able to do it, you could always try burning the file to a CD to see if that would work as well but I don't know either way.
