I am doing this now for a week but I have to stick to it at least 3 more weeks to see some results! I was on a diet before starting this and it was s strict one. then when I started eating a bit normal meals, I gained a bit - 1 kilo, but since I have started drinking lemon juice - 1 glass in the morning and 1 before bed - I havent actually gained any weight back even though I am eating very normally!!!
So give it a try, it wont harm you and it will definitely improve your hair shine and nails and skin

lemon juice contains acid, but it doesnt help. a glass of water when u wake up is good for u. to burn fat u really have to exercise or when u are hungry be happy because u r body right then is burning fat to keep u alive

i don't think so. if that was the case then the whole United State would be slim. I am a firm believer that weight loss can only be achieved through exercise and diet.
