Pretty much stated in the question. What's the best exercise to do so. My friend has huge calves and I want them too.

Be careful what you wish for. Tall boots & skinny jeans become a problem.

However....stand on the stairs facing upwards so that your heels can be dropped downward. Then stretch up onto the balls of your feet then lower your heels lower than the step. Do those stretches & you will develop your calves.

walk, walk, walk. The best exercise i've found is stand flat footed then raise up onto your toes(like tip-toing to reach something). Hold for 3 seconds. Return to flat footed position. Repeat over and over.
