My ex stood up for my wedding, so there's not much about exes that's going to blow my mind.
The main factor here is how does SHE feel about YOU? It takes two people to make a relationship work.
If you both want to be together and both want to make it work, you could raise her baby as your own. Very few people would have to know, unless there's someone of another race in the love triangle...but that doesn't matter that much either because alot of people adopt transracially.
Trust me: If a child is with you, people assume you're the parent anyway.

She Is gonna Be Really Sensitve And Emotional Through Her Pregancy. If U Really Love Her It Shouldnt Matter She Is Having Another Guys Baby. Let Her Know Your Are Going To Stand By Her Side And Be The For Her If U Get Back Together Treat The Child As If U Were His Father Because Otherwise He Is Gonna Grow Up wIth Out A Dad And No Kid Should Have To Do That. Let Her Know How U Feel And That Ur Gonna Stand By Her As A Friend If Nothing Else. Oh And Her Parent Will Probally Love U Too For Stepping Up And Taking Care Of A Baby That Is Even Yours

i dont think it is at all weidr for you to still be in love with this person, because it is pretty clear that you never really got over your beak up. you should speak this thru with her and explain that you would still like you two to be together. this doesnt mean that you would have to act as a father but who knows , after the baby arrives you may grow to love the child as your own. why dont you give it a try you have nothing to lose if you guys are as connected as you say you are.

First it is very admirable that you feel you can deal with a situation that will last a lifetime.
Please may I say "She BECAME pregnant BY another guy." She did not FALL pregnant TO another guy.
I hope you can get along with this guy, because should you and she get married, he will be a part of your life from now on, since he is the father of the baby.
Think long and hard. This NOT a small commitment.

if u love her than go for it, but is she ready to give the other guy up, and realize this other man is the biological father ad will most likely be in the child's life, and in her life. can u handle that part, seeing this man often, and maybe causing problems for u later.

Better you than me. But how are you going to feel after you have rescued her and given her unconditional love and security, and then she either dumps you again or goes out cheating?
