fiber with no fruit- lots of fruit and vegetables and some non-fat fortified cereals
protein but no fat- skim milk, non fat yogurt, non fat cheeses
high fiber will keep you full longer, nothing 'burns fat' but since most high fiber foods are low calorie, you wont eat as much but still be full. this will lead to weight loss.

Try Shredded Wheat! Delicious too!!!
Not sure if high fibre will help burn fat but it will make food pass through your digestive system quicker so not as much fat will be absorbed into your body. But remember, fibre has no nutitional value so don't rely on it to live!

very hard to find even natural foods that are completely fat free...
legumes, beans, etc. will provide the highest amounts of fiber with minimal fat
egg whites are 100% fat free, skinless poultry is also virtually fat free. there is some white fish like tilapia that is also very low in fat per serving.
besides of the effects that fiber has on the digestive system and total cholesterol values its intake is inversely proportional to insulin levels.
