By making love I am assuming you mean sex and the answer is no. Nude beaches have to follow the same laws as the town, state, and country they are in..... Children are at nude beaches also any kind of sexual activity in front of a child would probably land you in some deep doo doo...

No. There is a big difference between nudity and sex. People go to nude beaches to relax and have fun, just like people do on textile beaches. How would you feel if the couple sitting next to you on a regular beach suddenly started "gettin it on?" It is no different on nude beaches.
There is nothing wrong with two loving adults having a sexual relationship, but that should be a private thing. No one else on the beach wants to see it, regardless of if they are clothed or nude.

No, for the simple reason that children are present. Even at night when the nude beaches close, they will have security out watching for that very thing. The only "Sex on the Beach" you can get is in a glass with your choice of alcohol. Sorry for the disappointment, but you can do it on a normal beach where the cops only look for drowning people. lol

No; not any that I'm familiar with.
In general, nudists adhere to the rule that social nudity is essentially NON-sexual (erotic). People (especially the women) enjoy being able to be nude without having to feel that they're "on display." It's all really quite a natural feeling, as long as you're the kind of person that can turn off the sexual part in your mind. If you can't do that, then you probably don't belong there. Nude is not lewd.

Sexual activity is not permitted at nude beaches, simply because it's inappropriate in that situation. Most nude beaches have strict regulations against lewd behavior, so making love or any form of overt sexual activity is not allowed.
People (and society in general) need to know that nude beaches are simply great places to get naked, not places to have public sex.

I've seen ppl having sex on a nude beach, and non nude beach in southern Eu. then i sat down myself at a respectable distance, curious just to see what will happened( from the legal point of view)Nobody has bothered them ....only in the States is that craziness about it...

I don't know, you may be or you may not be allowed to but why do you want to display your love in public. Even if, you have great bodies you may be the cutest girl and he may be the smartest hunk but more the beautiful body more the chances of other people seeing and you people losing each other.
If, you want to do it the alternatives are on the poolside of your house and making a recording of the event to make it more memorable. Or you can do it in the night time when nobody is there to look and enjoy on your act.

Most southern europe beaches allow nudism - they do not allow, however, any sort of play stuff.
