I've made up many amazing palindromes but they are in my native language which is Bulgarian :)

Now programs have been written to create really long ones but this one is good because it acually makes sense.
There is also the case of palindronome poetry:
Mornings
fresh and clear
makes sunrise spectacular
with birds chirping
