I've found rice cakes with a little chocolate on top. there really nice. you can get them from sainsburys. that why you still get the taste of it but won't be eating loads. or buy Pure chocolate like green and black chocolate. that's very good for you full of antioxidants. also its rich so you won't want to eat as much.

Maybe you should not try to give it up completely. Buy some very expensive dark chocolate (which some researchers say is good for you) and only eat a bit at a time. You will probably not want the cheap chocolate anymore. The darker chocolate is so rich and expensive that you will not want to eat so much. Just eat one little piece every night. If you try to deny yourself all chocolate, you will crave it more. Let yourself have a little and you won't freak out.

I wouldn't look towards giving it up straight away as it almost certainly won't work - instead, try giving yourself a set amount that you're allowed to eat and reducing it slowly - for example, if you'd usually eat four bars, allow yourself three. That way you're not depriving yourself but still achieving. You'll feel great after half an hour or so knowing that you had the strength to stop and say no!
Good Luck! xx

seems like you have an affinity for it!, if you get a sugar craving then sometimes it's best to seek an alternative to quell it. Experiment with other, healthier foods that have a higher sugar content like Bananas or Pineapple, or maybe dried fruit works best.
My wife found that Marmite stops her wanting to eat chocolate, which is a better substitute.
Good luck.

One alternative is to carry some honey flavored cough drops, because honey is absorbed instantly into the blood stream by the lining of your mouth, it stops the craving for something sweet.

I cut down my intake of chocolate by more than half by buying the hot choci drink less than 40c and I save it for my bonus last thing at night - it worked for me.

Avoid chocolates and start chewing gums. Whenever you feel like eating chocolates have chewing gums instead.
