On February 13, 2007, Zoeller sued the Miami foreign-credential evaluation firm of Josef Silny & Associates. The lawsuit alleged that defamatory statements appeared in the Wikipedia article about Zoeller in December 2006, originating from a computer at that firm. According to the suit, the edits suggested Zoeller had committed acts of alcohol, drug, and domestic abuse. Defendant Josef Silny said a computer consultant would investigate.

That's a good question to ask. I hadn't heard about this controversy until I read this question. I clicked on the Fox news link and read the story. Apparently someone posted some personally offensive information on wikipedia and Fuzzy objected, as any of us would if something like that was done to us.

From what I have seen of Fuzzy, he is a man in denial. Years ago, he made an off color remark about another golfer that was picked up on the news and he tried to work his way out of it. I cannot remember the remark, but I do recall the incident.

Fuzzy may have been angry with the write-up because it goes into detail his racial slurs toward Tiger Woods. Fuzzy has also been accused of other things such as alcohol and drugs....too bad, we all can't handle the truth...just ask Jack Nicholson.
