Surely- one could get around this, by applying for a passport in a different country (for example- my parents are Greek, which allows me to gain a Greek passport)... Currentley have a British one- spent criminal records listed.

Would like to mention that Interpol, is not at all relavent to to immigration to the United States- unless you are, Osama bin Laden, or Tony Montana.

They don't. Instead they have a list of database of which people to be hold for more questioning. Once the wanted person is held, he/she will be sent to the proper authority, then this authority will open up the person's criminal records.


You don't need a passport from a different country to get around it, since a different passport already can do the trick. The secret is that the passport is not in a list of database of which people to be hold for more questioning.

US Immigration does not check the criminal record of everyone entering the country. They merely check to see if an individual is on a known watch or terrorist list.
